Exploring Digital Design

Course 815: .5 credit (Grades 9-12)
Everything in the human-made world is born in a designer’s head long
before it finds its way into our lives. See the world through a
designer’s eyes in this hands-on course that asks you to explore Web
page layout, computer aided drafting (CAD), digital photography,
digital video and computer animation. Navigate the creative process
while you learn to be more inventive and productive! EDD is a
project-based class that allows you to sample a variety of computerbased
tools for problem-solving and personal expression, and will fuel
your interest in other Technology courses like Digital Photography,
Architectural Design, Digital Video Production, or Web Design. This
course is especially recommended for students in grades 9 & 10.
